Attributes don't rotate with polar stretch

I am trying to build a dynamic block for our hanger callouts. We currently use a lisp that draws a line at 45 degrees with text above and below (see attached) but whenever you need to rotate, stretch, or move the callout you have to select three parts (line plus top and bottom text). It happens often enough that it's eating up a bit of time to do it this way.

I want the dynamic block to be able to polar stretch to change length and angle of callout whenever needed. When I add a polar stretch, it only polar stretches the line and not the attribute text.

Is it not possible to polar stretch attributes?

Nevermind I just figured it out. I just had to set lock position of attribute to yes and then add polar stretch.

Any idea how to get the attribute to also rotate along with the polar stretch?  Mine will not change its rotation angle as i do it
