Attributes do not appear in paper space

this is driving me crazy. 😕

I have a dynamic block with different Visibilities. The Visibilities have different attributes. For some reason, the attributes do not appear in paper space. The appear correctly in model space. I have checked layers, thaw/freeze/on/off, ATTDEF, and ATTDISP. It is a simple block....Oy!

Are the attributes annotative and don't have the needed scale for the viewport?

Set Annoallvisible to 1 to test this.
