Assigning Block Parameters to layers.

I have a wide variety of dynamic blocks that all share 3 similar alignment properties, I would like to assign each of these to a specific layer to allow them to be changed easily.

Can anybody advise?

You can't. However if you create 3 separate visibility states you can put an alignment parameter on each state and then just switch the visibility to a different state
