Arrow with visibility options of text help

I am trying to create a dynamic block that includes an arrow and 2 different styles of text and then one with just the arrow.  I have created a visibility to choose None, Normal, bold.  There is a flip parameter because sometimes the arrow just needs to be flipped.  I have created attributed multi-line text so the text can have a background mask and have added a move parameter to the text so it can be moved if needed.  But my problem is that when the arrow and text gets rotated below the horizon, the text is upside down.  I would like to keep the text on the top of the arrow line and readable.  How do I go about doing that?  I have been reading about chain actions, but just don't have the right combination to get this to work.  Do I just need to create a block with the normal text and then a separate block with the bold text?  Then add a visibility of the text position/rotation?  Trying to avoid having 2 different blocks.

Here's how to make the text automatically align to be on top of the arrow.  Unfortunately the flip parameter/action messes it up.  Fortunately, it is quick and easy to align the arrow to any desired direction without any flip.

Wow, that is way more involved than I would have gotten to.  I tried to follow the video, but I am missing something...I can't get the text to flip/rotate like you are showing at the end.  It just stays with the arrow.  I am definitely missing something.

You need to use a double lookup, not two single lookups.  See this thread for details on how to make a double-lookup tool:  https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/dynamic-blocks/how-to-make-a-double-lookup/m-p/5785708#M18799

Thank you.  I think I finally got it to the way I needed it. I appreciate the help and explanation.  I have definitely learned a lot from doing this.
