Array up and down at the same time

Hello, I would like to know, If there is a chance to array this block *attached to array but to both directions up and down and keeping the middle holes at center point (insertion point) So basically what I want to do with that block is to place it on center line so middle holes stays on center line and I will be creating copies of holes each direction up and down by 32mm increments. I am doing it just do one direction UP and then I mirror whole block. But would be cool to have it arraying up and down.
