Array function not working inside adjustable block

Hi Sir,

I plan to create an adjustable block using the Block Authoring Palettes function, which consists of an array function. However, the function does not work due to the array function inside the block.  Kindly advise that array work inside the adjustable block.

Thanks.

The first thing I notice when opening your block, it appears to be a copy/pasted name.  I would suggest giving it a real name.

the next thing I see is that there are no actions associated with your linear parameters.  As soon as you give the block an array action assigned to the linear parameter, it works as I would expect it to.

This AU class from 2015 may be of value to help you with how to create a dynamic block:

Your options for an array within a dynamic block is to either use an Array action with a parameter, or, use an Arraypath and then use parameter/actions to manipulate that "path".

An Array action setup allows for the object being arrayed to be altered but not any properties of the array. (you can't edit the spacing etc.)

An Arraypath allows for changes in the array settings but doesn't allow for the object being arrayed to be altered. (you can array multiple objects and then use a visibility state to choose which one shows)
