Adding attribute to dynamic block

Hello,

I managed to create a dynamic block in AutoCAD Civil 3D 2021 with a flip and stretch parameter/action. Attached is the .dwg and a photo of the block. I am trying to replace the mtext with attributes using attdef. 

After the attributes are created I add them to the flip and stretch action selection but when I test the block the attributes won't follow the new flip or stretch state like the mtext does.

It's usually better if you post the block in the way that is not working so that the issue can be more easily pinpointed.  Here is a step by step that shows how to add attributes and they work fine with the flip and stretch actions.  I do not know what you are doing differently but hopefully this helps.
