Adding a prompt to a Block when initially inserted

I have a block I attached that when it's inserted into a drawing, I don't get a Prompt for adding a value to it. How can I add the prompt back into this specific block? I have other blocks that when inserted prompt for a value but not this one.

Open block in block editor, select the attribute, go to properties and change 'preset' to 'no'.
