I'm not sure if I understand you right.
1.) If you really want to save the given blocks in separate files, you can use the wblock command (1), choose "Block" as source (2), select a block name from the list (3), in the destination field type a meaningful name for the block (4) and save it. (see attached pic).
If you create dynamic blocks you will be able e.g. to drag the length of the connection lines (if you want or need).
2.) If you need new block definitions for the "symbols" which are drawn, use the block command to create the block definitions as shown in this video. You also can add attributes for variable text elements. If you need this new blocks in other drawings too, go to 1.) .
Before we go more in detail (if you need) we should know what you finally want to achieve.
