Dear sir,

I have one electrical drawing with no. of block created in another system. I want save that all block separately in my system.

please guide me.

I'm not sure if I understand you right.

1.) If you really want to save the given blocks in separate files, you can use the wblock command (1), choose "Block" as source (2), select a block name from the list (3), in the destination field type a meaningful name for the block (4) and save it. (see attached pic).

If you create dynamic blocks you will be able e.g. to drag the length of the connection lines (if you want or need).

2.) If you need new block definitions for the "symbols" which are drawn, use the block command to create the block definitions as shown in this video. You also can add attributes for variable text elements.  If you need this new blocks in other drawings too, go to 1.)  .

 

Before we go more in detail (if you need) we should know what you finally want to achieve.

Hi,

No block insertion exists in modelspace.

In the list of defined blocks in your dwg-file most have a name starting with "A$C....." which means these exist just because you used copy and paste from a different dwg, but these names are really not usefull to find a specific block for insertion.

Maybe we need more details about what you really want to get as result and what are the next steps when you have the external dwg-files from your blocks.
