a group of dynamic blocks

Hi I want to create a group of dynamic blocks which knows how to keep the location of each block but also leave them dynamic. I'll try to explain what I'm looking to achieve: I've crated a dynamic block for a drainpipe with an arrow that turns around it for the ground floor and the drain on the roof. Obviously I want to locate them in a certain position (where each one gets a number with an attribute), and have the possibility to turn on/off the Additives regarding the floor I'm at, and turning each one according to it's place. those anyone have an answer? 🙂
