3d dynamic blocks -crane operation

I have two 3d dynamic blocks 

1.telescopic boom(lookup and rotation parameters and action in Elevation view)

2.super structure(rotate parameters and action in Top View)

if i to rotate superstructure block telescopic block also will rotate according to superstructure but not affecting telescopic parameters,

after positioning my superstructure boom length will change by lookup function
