True View not showing on layout or chnging fonts to giberish (symbols)

Having problems with fonts changing to symbols (gibberish I called them) In addition:

FWIW That's not "gibberish", that's a font file with icons in it instead of letters. Looks like you triggered a font substation. Fix it in STYLE command.
