Error 1935

I am relatively not tech savvy.  I am trying to install DWG TrueView 2007.  I keep getting error 1935.

I need to view drawings and print them to PDF without the Autodesk information at the top.  1. Is there a newer viewer? and 2. How can I finish this install?  (Or any install that will do what I need to do.)

Can someone help me?  Thank you.

DWGTRUEVIEW2007 is very old, why did you do that? what use is an old viewer to you today in the year 2019, 12+years after that old software's release?

It's probably not compatible with your Win8/10 operating system judging by all the DirectX9 failures etc.
