TrueView showing the grey background when FieldDisplay variable is set to 0 in AutoCAD

Looking for some assistance with the FieldDisplay showing the grey background in TrueView when the variable is set to 0 in AutoCAD.

AutoCAD 2024

@bgraham247 that variable is a software-specific setting, it is not a DWG file setting. Exactly like you noted "... the variable is set to 0 in AutoCAD...".

DTV is a different program. I don't see that setting in DTV's OPTIONS settings.
