TrueView Setting Question

Can someone tell me if there is a way to set trueview visual styles to conceptual or hidden. I have customers without AutoCAD, and they cannot View my models with having wireframe view instead of Hidden Style.

Pulldown to do that is on the Ribbon in the viewer

Download/install he viewer yourself that way you can give your customers instant support: that should make you shine in their eyes.

     I found that where you said in the ribbon, but when I choose a new setting (hidden)(conceptual) or whatever the view stays wireframe..... when you do it on a 3d model drawing, does it change for you?

It does with my own files: can you share your DWG file?

             Please see attachment. I have tried with other 3d files as well, and view does not change. Is there a setting I am missing? The UCS Icon shows as if it is working but the model still shows wireframe.

Your anonymous block object was not created in AutoCAD, correct? What program was it generated in? I can't even open the block to identify it's content.

Yes, it is a Mechanical Desktop Model

DTV cannot view these old custom objects anymore, much like plain AutoCAD 2018 on my PC. I don't know of a fix for a dropped format.
