Hello

i have an issue, where i cant see specific lines in some cases polylines and text in off page connector in Plant 3D.

i have looked into the souce drawing if:

- Proxygraphics is set to 1

- Proxysho is set to 1 (regan afterwards)

- checked if any are set in any layers, there is not shown.

The thing is we can see these lines and text in, PDF and in the source 2D dwg. but not in the Trueviewer why?

Hello @paullimapa

of course, here is an example. you can see there is missing text in the off page connector and a line in a valve for example QM4.

there is other text in other symbols there is missing too, as you can see.

@jannik_christiansenY6NBY Thanks for the DWG file: your missing content is specialized content unique to Plant3D, I have the P3D Object Enabler installed for AutoCAD (left of screenshot) so I can see it just fine.

My observations: that same P3D Object Enabler did not install/ignored both DWGTRUEVIEW (right of screenshot) as well as AutoCADLT (middle of screenshot, and it has proxyshow and proxygraphics on), so it appears the DTV limitations are deliberate by Autodesk and there is nothing we end users can do about it other than export from P3D to create a new DWG file (bottom screenshot)

hi @pendean

this could very much be it, we run 2024 on all our Autodesk line up.

is there anyway i can check if this object enabler is active or even installed? as i can see that, that it should be included in the installments in 2024.

@jannik_christiansenY6NBY Visit your Autodesk Accounts page and download the year-specific Object Enabler you need from there
