Cannot open some of the dxf file

I'm using the DWG Trueview 2020 version.

I can open some of the dxf file, but cannot open some.

Is there any ways to solve this?

Look at the commandline: it is telling you what is wrong. Expand it to more than three lines and read up on it.

If it shows "Invalid or Incomplete DXF input - drawing discarded", what should I do?

ask the file(s) sender for new DXF files.
