1. Currently I’m working for a pharmaceutical engineering company that provides us with the Autodesk licenses on our designated computers, but I’m splitting my work onto my iPad Pro and only need to view 2D and 3D files (DWG and RVT) on my iPad Pro, My question is… can i use the Autodesk app for iPad free if i only use the viewer?

DWGTRUEVIEW is a WindowsOS application, your iPAD cannot run WindowsOS at all, not even under emulation. So... .

Your iPAD app store has free and not so free and not so free DWG/RVT/DXF file viewers, explore there.
You can also use Chrome Browser on your iPAD to access the Autodesk Online viewer here https://viewer.autodesk.com/
