I get a drawing from my company database in PDF format and open it in design review. It has dozens of lines representing pipes but when I load the PDF all the lines are missing from the PDF. How do I fix this? Also a colleague uses Design review and has no problem seeing the correct line info. He has highlighted lines and sent me the drawing update but the highlights along with the lines are missing as well. Help!!
Issue is fixed. For anybody else with the same issue: You need to open the PDF in say Adobe reader and 'Print to PDF' and save somewhere. This version seems to put all the info back in place. It can then be opened in design review.
