exporting markup comments and notes in design review 2010

I've been using this software to make comments and noted on areas of a building plan and was wondering if anyone knew a way to export the list of markup comments or the "notes" into a text file so that they could be incorporated in another program.

Thank you for your question.

In Autodesk Design Review, you can save a summary of markups to a CSV file.

Please do the following steps to export markup summary:

1. Open your file in Design Review.

2. Select Save Markups Summary from Save As menu in the App button.

3. Save the file and open it by MS Excel application.


Also, press "F1" key from Autodesk Design Review application to show help document. From "Save a Summary of Markups" section, you can find more information for this.
