Design Review 2013 for Visual Map printing error

Hi Team,

We have been using Autodesk Design Review Tool 2013 (13.0.0.82) for Visual Map (Accruent product) printing.

But we have been receiving the message 'DWF viewer is not installed' even though it is installed sometimes.

sometimes the error goes away if we restart the machine or do an uninstall/reinstall .

But can you let us know a permanent solution for this ?

Your browser add-in stopped working: probably an update.
The app is separate and probably still works well: use that instead.

ADR stopped being developed back in the year 2012. There is no "update" sadly.

Unload the browser add-in you are using and use the WIndows-based Program to view DWF files instead.
