Error when trying to open PDF's using "open with" Design Review

Hello, I get an error message when opening a PDF using the "Open With" option. The error message is " Problems encountered with DWF import". I am able to open Design Review first and then drag and drop, but then I also get the upside-down issue that it looks like still is a thing.

Any advice?

What did your IT person offer up as a fix? That's a WindowsOS operation.

Note: the current version of ADR can be problematic with PDFs, there is no fix if you've tried uninstalling your software, restarting your PC, then reinstalling it.

Finding and using other software makers' free and paid PDF viewer and/or markup tools are your other options.
