Forbidden to see documentation

When pressing "More Info" link in MOVE TIPS AND TRICKS info panel of "Move" operation, browser opens with this text:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /view/NINVFUS/ on this server.

Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at help.autodesk.com Port 80

When selecting menu Help > Learning and Help

browser opens a page with message:

Oops!
This page cannot be found.
Please make sure the URL is entered correctly.

This sounds like this is network connectivity issue. Below are a few links that may help to configure the firewall or proxy server to access the help pages.

It looks like we may have been an issue impacting the help. I just noted there is a similar thread (below).

I just tested and mine appears to be okay. Is this still an on-going issue or has the problem been resolved?

Is this issue occuring on all networks or just one network?

Did you add the exception listed in the above URL's to your firewall or proxy server?
