@rakesh.borse

Hi, I created Data Exchange Files within ACC Docs. Now I can query them via GraphQL. But the results do not show the properties Phase Created and Demolished. Is this a bug?
I tested this also with the Power BI connector and also there these propeprtes are not found anymore...

Gr Renzo

query Exchange($exchangeId: ID!) { exchange(exchangeId: $exchangeId) { elements { results { id name __typename properties { results { name value } } } } } }

I found that GraphQL stores these values (Phase Created and Demolished) not in properties but in the references

Add this to the results
__typename references{__typename results{name displayValue value {id}}}

I knew you would be able to find a way @Renzo_van_Rijswijk 🙌🙂!

Yes, properties whose values are actually other Revit elements are stored in references.

I should expect the Assembly Code is there too. Is that still not available?

Assembly code issue is fixed from 2025 onwards. Have you moved from 2023? Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the fix for lower versions.

3 weeks ago we upgraded to 2026. So, I should see it, but I do not 😞

Hello @Renzo_van_Rijswijk,

That is strange. I just tested, and I'm not seeing any issue with Type Properties. We will need to investigate you models. Could you please let us know the smaller model to reproduce the issue?

One request, Renzo: Could you please write to us at our support email [email protected], where I can track issues better internally, which will help to get a resolution faster.
