No Data Exchange Available and other issues.

Hi all,

I'm currently having a problem where there is no data exchange available for my project.

I ran an extraction through the Data Connector ACC Insights page over the last week, nothing is shown (See screenshot attached).

I also have an issue where there are two hubs of the same name and present an error 'The key matched more than one row in the table', see attached.

Any help would be great.

Hello,

For 1st issue -> Can you please confirm if you have created any Data Exchange in that folder? 

For 2nd issue -> We have fixed this issue in a recent release v2.0.5. Could you please use the build from https://feedback.autodesk.com/project/version/item.html?cap=40e7f0adab3a46b0819aae2fc4f7a25f&arttype...

Apologies, I thought I did create a Data Exchange. Is there documentation on how to create one?

I thought in order to create a Data Exchange I would run the Data Extraction through the Data Connector page within Insight?

Please refer to the Help page - https://help.autodesk.com/view/DATAEXCHANGE/ENU/?guid=DEX_Create_Manage. This will guide you on how to create Data Exchange from Revit Files. 

We have a bunch of Connectors for creating Data Exchange, more information can be found at https://help.autodesk.com/view/DATAEXCHANGE/ENU/
