Merge Fields not working

I have created a quotation document and C360 produces a PDF but the model data doesn't display, sometimes it show the merge field as it was created in the back end e.g. <<C360.parameter>> sometimes it shows it blank.

The merge field «C360.CurrentDate(format=dd-MMM-yyyy)» work fine.

The parameters exist in the top level assembly, I've tried creating new parameters. Tried parameters that are only in the form.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I'm on Inventor 2019.

Here is the file I used for a test file. It still works in my model. You can post your file and I can give it a try. I really think it's probably something to do with your assembly but lets rule out the word doc first.

I've created an assembly with a simple cube with width, depth, height, used the sample quotation docx and it works.

My assembly file had issues, parameters that were not in the form seems to be the reason why they did not show up in the pdf

Do you know how to get rid of the decimal and the trailing zeros?

I've changed the custom property format settings in the parameter to 0 and changing it from Text to Number, unchecking leading zeros, can't seem to get it to work...
