Hi Autodesk Community,
I have been with the Autodesk Community Team for 5 years and am the Director of Community Practice. My role focuses on aligning the community with other teams at Autodesk, whilst also managing our projects and programs, in which my team promote and establish best practices globally and provide improved and consistent experiences for our community across all our platforms.
I have been with Autodesk for almost 13 years now and have worked in Customer Experience, Service Design, and Business Architect roles. My background is technical and moved into technical management and process consultancy, with a stint as an aerial photographer in Sydney, Australia prior to working at Autodesk. I was born in England and lived in Australia for 12 years before moving to California 12 years ago. Outside of Autodesk, I take advantage of the great weather that California has to offer; cycling, rowing, tennis, golf, and hiking with my Husky, Lunar.
I am excited to be working in this team and look forward to meeting and working with our Autodesk community. Please feel free to contact me and share how we are doing, and how we can improve your community experience.

Prior to being a Program Manager, I was an Industry Community Manager and before that a Technical Support Specialist here at Autodesk. Before joining Autodesk, I was working in the aerospace industry as a designer and drafter. I really enjoy helping people and learning new things, which is what brought me here to Autodesk. Please feel free to tag me in posts or PM me with questions or concerns regarding the Community!
Hi, I’m Hagen Deloss, and I am the Community Manager for Media & Entertainment.
Prior to Autodesk, I worked in a variety of capacities in the games and product visualization industries. From game design, art, and animation for shipped titles on Xbox, Switch and IOS, to T-shirt illustrations for bands, and 3d product and storefront rendering for brands, I have worn a lot of hats in the 13 years I have been “in the workforce”.
I now spend my time at Autodesk working with content creators helping create Maya and 3ds Max learning content, as well as creating accessible events, with a focus on education and job opportunities.

Tarek Khodr
Senior Manager - International
Communities & Operations
@Tarek_K
I joined Autodesk in August 2015 and oversee all International Communities, Community Operations, global Moderation, and the global Admin & Backend function. During my tenure at Autodesk, I always grew Communities, amplified best practices, and nurtured and tried to help Community members. Overall, even before Autodesk, I always focused on digital communication, engagement practices, and community and social media management. One thing you could say about me is that I always was addicted to communities and communication. I joined some communities already during my teenage years. So, being based in Germany, I am happy to be your point of contact when it comes to everything Community during EMEA hours.
Besides this, I like reading literature, romanticism, good fantasy, and Sci-Fi literature, and listening to music a lot, especially rock and metal. Feel free to reach out anytime if you need me.
Amanda Kinley
Senior Community Program Manager
@amanda.k
Hi Autodesk Community! I am a Senior Program Manager for this amazing Community team.
I have been with Autodesk for over 12 years, starting with Customer Service (some of you may recognize me from helping with the brand new Twitter handle back in 2013!), then managing various teams at Autodesk. Before Autodesk, I worked as a Veterinary Technician, and enjoy having my Zoom meetings crashed by my pack of dogs and cats at home.
When I am not at work, you can find me outside hiking, scuba diving (even though California waters are cold!), or reading. I love fostering animals, so I’ll always be willing to share a dog or cat picture as well.
I can’t wait to engage with you, and help make this community even stronger.
I'm Deborah Lilley and I lead the strategies for content, insights, and loyalty in Community. My work focuses on understanding and amplifying our customers' real-world experiences to foster community and build trust. I'm passionate about connecting people and ideas and inspired by the power of stories to share knowledge and spark change. Prior to joining Autodesk in 2021, I worked for several years in design journalism and before that, in academia, where I taught and conducted research on literature and the environment. I'm especially interested in design and sustainability – not least the amazing things that our communities make possible using our software.

Kiyomi Mier
Senior Manager - Community Insights
@Kiyomi.M
Hello Autodesk Community!
I joined the company in 2004 and have had a few different manager roles in the customer service and partner support organization at Autodesk.
My new exciting chapter with the Autodesk Community started in 2016.
I hope to help establish a community where the members can connect and help each other, share knowledge, nurture their skills, and develop their careers. The ultimate desire is to remove the language barrier to make Autodesk Community the most inclusive, accessible, and resourceful place for anyone and everyone to join, participate and engage to achieve new possibilities.
I lived in Virginia, USA, and Singapore and settled in Japan, where I grew up. I enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, and traveling outside of work. Gardening is the latest hobby. I never knew the joy of harvesting the home-grown vegetables and berries, thinking about how to cook them, and finally eating them.
I welcome you all to Autodesk Community and looking forward to creating, improving, and providing a better experience and space together for all of us can enjoy and take pride in. The very first step will start from participating. Be an engaged member today!
¡Hola Community! I'm the Spanish Community Manager, and I live in Barcelona.

With the Spanish Community, my interest is in putting the group and the people at the center of the actions, keeping an open and safe space for all of us, and creating new initiatives together to promote our community.
I love socializing, traveling, reading, writing, and cooking! I have lived in different European cities and am passionate about discovering new and exciting destinations, stories, and cultures.
Feel free to reach out in Spanish, Catalan, English, or Italian.
See you in the Forums in Spanish!
Hello, Autodesk Community!
My name is Dmytro. I`m the Community Manager for the Ukrainian Language Community .
I have two degrees from the National Technical University “Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute” in Computer Science and Administrative Management. From 2012 to 2014, I was an Autodesk Student Expert and was already involved in everything around Autodesk. Afterward, I took the next step, and through my ongoing and stellar community participation, I became an active participant in the Autodesk Expert Elite program. Additionally, I always participated in and hosted sessions at different Autodesk events, from local meetups to regional and global One Team Conferences and Autodesk University. I have been working at an Autodesk VAD in Ukraine for the last couple of years, supporting Autodesk VARs and customers.
But my life does not only consist of Autodesk, its products, and activities. I also like to read about tech news from all over the world! I`m especially interested in engineering.
Hi everyone! My name's Eddie Paz and I'm the Community Content Producer here at Autodesk Community. I'm based out of Toronto, Ontario where I live with my lovely partner and two troublemaking cats named Link and Zelda. I joined Autodesk in late 2021 and my main focus has been creating content for and managing our Media & Entertainment community site, AREA, before joining the Industry Community team last year.
Getting to work directly with the community is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job and I'm excited to continue finding and sharing the great work creatives like yourself make with our tools everyday.
In addition to my work at Autodesk, I am also a multi-disciplinary artist. My most recent projects include acting in Isiah Medina's latest feature, Night is Limpid and the release of my latest experimental short, FOR THE LOVE OF EVA. I'm always down to chat about the latest in movies, TV, games, or art in general!

After my first exposure to marketing at HMV’s Toronto flagship store way back when, I was hooked. Continuing my career at a major record label, I worked with pop icons like Britney Spears, N•SYNC, and Backstreet Boys to name a few. Now at Autodesk, my driving force over the past 9 years has been to elevate Autodesk's community, and to shine the spotlight on all the rockstars out there designing and making a better world for all.

I’m Mari and a Community Manager for Japanese. I’d been managing local corporate social media accounts in Autodesk brand team until spring 2021, and transferred to the community team.

With this background, my goal as a community manager is to expand our local community to wider digital platforms. Outside of my work, I like to cook, bake and visit bakeries and pastry shops. This may sound very weird but my day starts with browsing pictures of cats around the world on social media, though I’ve never had one before.
