Industry Community Manager -
Design & Manufacturing
Hello Autodesk Community! My name is Chris Benner, and I am the Industry Community Manager for Design & Manufacturing. I support and engage with the D&M Community wherever they may be, including our forums and all across the Social Media world.
I come from a background as a mechanical designer and drafter for more than 20 years, using Autodesk products for most of that time. I was inducted into the first class of Autodesk Expert Elites at Autodesk University 2012 and have been active on the Autodesk discussion forums and social media for many years. I have been a speaker at Autodesk University since 2014, including a trip to Moscow that year to speak at AU Russia. I have been active in both the Inventor and Vault Beta programs and have actively worked with those product teams to improve and troubleshoot those programs. My specialties have been Inventor Tube & Pipe, and Vault Professional.
Outside of my CAD work and Community involvement, I am also an amateur photographer and photo artist, and I enjoy reading, music and singing. My wife and I enjoy traveling, and I also enjoy taking excursions with my grown daughter. The three of us are big movie fans, especially Star Wars, Harry Potter and anything Marvel…. Yes, we’re all big geeks.
Hi everyone! I joined the community team in 2021 to help run and manage the Students & Educators Community, our student community here at Autodesk! This has since evolved into a new role, where I help to manage the operations and platform backend of our community, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Whilst I help manage the community part-time, I also work full-time delivering training in Fusion, manufacture and design across the UK to schools, universities, industrial partners, and hobbyists. I graduated from Warwick University with a master's in engineering in 2021.
In my free time, you will often see me out on the water as I love to sail, kayak, and windsurf! I teach sailing on the weekends at a local reservoir near me.
I am looking forward to talking to you all in and around the community!
I am an architect and have been working with Autodesk products since 1988 in AEC industry. I started my contribution to Autodesk Brazil User Community since it was created in 2009 as a contribuitor and since 2011 I am the Community Manager for the Portuguese speaking Autodesk Community. I live in São Paulo Brazil with my family. I hope we can help you in any issue you have because one of the best feelings we can have is to see someone happy with an issue solved! When I am not working with the Community I like jogging, listen to jazz and bossa nova watch good movie and chat friends with a glass of wine!

Hi Autodesk Community,
I have been with the Autodesk Community Team for 5 years and am the Director of Community Practice. My role focuses on aligning the community with other teams at Autodesk, whilst also managing our projects and programs, in which my team promote and establish best practices globally and provide improved and consistent experiences for our community across all our platforms.
I have been with Autodesk for almost 13 years now and have worked in Customer Experience, Service Design, and Business Architect roles. My background is technical and moved into technical management and process consultancy, with a stint as an aerial photographer in Sydney, Australia prior to working at Autodesk. I was born in England and lived in Australia for 12 years before moving to California 12 years ago. Outside of Autodesk, I take advantage of the great weather that California has to offer; cycling, rowing, tennis, golf, and hiking with my Husky, Lunar.
I am excited to be working in this team and look forward to meeting and working with our Autodesk community. Please feel free to contact me and share how we are doing, and how we can improve your community experience.
Hi! My name is Tiana, I am a Community Program Manager at Autodesk.
Prior to being a Program Manager, I was an Industry Community Manager and before that a Technical Support Specialist here at Autodesk. When I am not working, I love to travel, cook and read. If I am not doing one of those I am probably outside with my dogs! Please feel free to tag me in posts or PM me with questions or concerns regarding the Community!

A little bit about me:
I was born and raised in Vienna with Egyptian roots. I studied bioinformatics and programming at the University of Vienna, but discovered my love for community work very early on. Before joining Autodesk, I worked as a Community Manager for five years at an Austrian company.
As a Community Manager fluent in both Arabic and German, I am passionate about bridging cultural gaps and fostering a vibrant, collaborative environment. At Autodesk, I thrive on engaging with our diverse user base, moderating our forums, and ensuring that every community member feels heard and supported. My love for community work stems from my belief in the power of technology to connect people and enhance creativity across different languages and cultures. I'm motivated by the opportunity to help others achieve their creative potential using Autodesk's tools and solutions, and I am committed to making our community a dynamic and inclusive space for all.
Outside of my Biotech and Community involvement, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places.

I joined Autodesk in April 2016 as the French community manager after a lifelong experience as an AutoCAD user, trainer, AutoLISP and .NET programmer. I started using AutoCAD in 1985 in Sydney Australia, where I spent several years. I worked on the stadium project for the Sydney 2000 Olympics. Back in France, I became an AutoCAD coach, tech support and developer for six years for an AAD/ATC company.
I have written AutoCAD books in French. I became then an IT project manager for a 100 people company near Lyon, France, developing in C# for AutoCAD. Highly active on the Web, I created the first French community CAD site in 2002, several CAD sites, blogs and forums and I am now fully committed to help the French Autodesk users community and very enthusiastic about this mission! My role is to connect our customers and users to the expertise they need.

Senior Manager - International
Communities & Operations
I joined Autodesk in August 2015 and oversee all International Communities, Community Operations, global Moderation, and the global Admin & Backend function. During my tenure at Autodesk, I always grew Communities, amplified best practices, and nurtured and tried to help Community members. Overall, even before Autodesk, I always focused on digital communication, engagement practices, and community and social media management. One thing you could say about me is that I always was addicted to communities and communication. I joined some communities already during my teenage years. So, being based in Germany, I am happy to be your point of contact when it comes to everything Community during EMEA hours.
Besides this, I like reading literature, romanticism, good fantasy, and Sci-Fi literature, and listening to music a lot, especially rock and metal. Feel free to reach out anytime if you need me.

Before Autodesk, I worked as a Veterinary Technician, and enjoy having my Zoom meetings crashed by my pack of dogs and cats at home.
When I am not at work, you can find me outside hiking, scuba diving (even though California waters are cold!), or reading. I love fostering animals, so I’ll always be willing to share a dog or cat picture as well.
I can’t wait to engage with you, and help make this community even stronger.

Hello Autodesk Community!
I joined the company in 2004 and have had a few different manager roles in the customer service and partner support organization at Autodesk.
My new exciting chapter with the Autodesk Community started in 2016.
I hope to help establish a community where the members can connect and help each other, share knowledge, nurture their skills, and develop their careers. The ultimate desire is to remove the language barrier to make Autodesk Community the most inclusive, accessible, and resourceful place for anyone and everyone to join, participate and engage to achieve new possibilities.
I lived in Virginia, USA, and Singapore and settled in Japan, where I grew up. I enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, and traveling outside of work. Gardening is the latest hobby. I never knew the joy of harvesting the home-grown vegetables and berries, thinking about how to cook them, and finally eating them.
I welcome you all to Autodesk Community and looking forward to creating, improving, and providing a better experience and space together for all of us can enjoy and take pride in. The very first step will start from participating. Be an engaged member today!

I’m Mari and a Community Manager for Japanese. I’d been managing local corporate social media accounts in Autodesk brand team until spring 2021, and transferred to the community team.

With this background, my goal as a community manager is to expand our local community to wider digital platforms. Outside of my work, I like to cook, bake and visit bakeries and pastry shops. This may sound very weird but my day starts with browsing pictures of cats around the world on social media, though I’ve never had one before.
Hi Autodesk Community! I’m currently in my second year of being with the community team as a Community Manager, but my fourth year of managing the Autodesk Student Community, as we changed platforms to join the rest of the community. Outside of Autodesk, I’m a third-year Chemistry Student at the University of Warwick! When I’m not studying or working, you can find me outside or being active, either on my bike, climbing, swimming or kayaking.
