Beginner Seeking Advice

Hello all, 

I am a high school student who is new to the world of CAD. I am looking for a good introductory course that will give me a foundation in CAD. I'm trying to get experience with the software for use in biomedical engineering programs in college. Any course recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
