A new way to adress community platform feedback and feature requests

Hi all,

I wanted to keep everyone here informed that we listened, heard, and took action accordingly. From next week onwards, we will set the status of the Feedback Hub to read-only as we enabled a new function for you to submit Community Platform-specific issues or improvements requests directly through a form that you can access on any page of the community at the bottom.

You can already use that new way of submitting platform-specific feedback. Here a short instruction on how it works:

  1. When experiencing a platform issue and you want to report it, all you need to do is to navigate to the bottom of the page and click the 'Report a Website Issue' Button.

  2. After clicking this button, you must complete the form with all the information our Community Product Team needs to look into the issue.

  3. After submitting the form with the information provided, an Idea will be created on a separate idea board.
  4. You will be subscribed to your submission automatically. And as always, on these idea boards, you can vote up submissions and entries of others.

With this new and more transparent way of logging but also transparently seeing the status of submitted Community Platform issues and requests, we hope to advance and work on them as a community more smoothly than it has been in the feedback hub!

Best,

Tarek
