The Vertical Datum Transformation Tool offers a location to source additional vertical datum .bin files from the ISG in the link below, but does not explain how to import these into the vertical data transformation tool. This is currently a limitation of the tool.

This tool should also have the option to use .byn files for this transformation tool. The Canadian government offers readily accessible .byn files for various vertical datum projections.
