Section View Drafting buffer also when we change the elevation or station range of the Section View

Hi,

Section View Drafting buffer was introduced in 2018 and is really good but it should be more powerful.

Currently only makes sense if we move a Section view to another location or to "Update Group Layout"

If we try to change the elevation Range or Station range of a particular Section View which has AutoCAD annotation or drafting elements, then that objects are not relocated.

Elevation Range from 463 to 466 (center of the circle drawn in the 464m elevation)

If now we change the elevation range or change to Automatic Elevation Range, look at that circle not reamains in the 464 elevation. In this case is moved to 460m because circle is in the same X,Y coordinates in the drawing...
