Did you mean:

SAC: Shape is not closed.

SAC: Shape is not closed.

I would like an option to be able to disable this automatic error message.

I hate creating 2 shapes every time with a Decision when my shape can have 3 or 4 links.

If SAC (Civil 3D) can´t find a particular link defined in the shape, then SAC throws this error message: Shape is not closed.  (because it is missed some links).

I would like that SAC ignores the missed links and try to create equally the shape. (and obviously, I could dissable that error message... similar than the intersection points with a checkbox.

This can be avoided if you make a zero length 4th link in the 3 link version and then only needing 1 shape definition.

The issue with a 0 length is than you create Solids (or IFC) from shapes then they are created wrong.. Civil 3D needs a link with non 0 length to create a properly Solid 3D.
