Rotate Pipe Network label for structure individually

The Structure label can't be rotated individually in the same way as it can be done with for example CoGopoints. When W&S Engineers want to create Sheets for long project they need to export labels before publish to pdf and it takes long time to rotate the exported labels manually and if design changes and the labels need to be exported and rotated again.

If the label could have been rotated with a property,  the rotation of the structure label could be done automatically using Dynamo or by hand and then be stored in design file with in original format and civil 3d objects.

Thank you for your idea. The development team will review the idea while customers continue to add feedback and vote on it.

I imagine using the rotation property in the label style would not be suitable because it would rotate all the labels by a predefined angle.

No, sadly not... We need to have the labels inside a sheet extent to have the same rotation as the sheet, and that angle will change for every sheet.

If we have had the possibility to deliver files with labels in C3D-format it would have worked fine, but we're not allowed to do that.

I had a thought to use Dynamo to select labels within a sheet, click on two points to define the rotation on the sheet and add the same rotation to the labels but without the setting for rotation as a property I can't deal with it that way.
