Reference Text Display

The Reference Text user experience sucks. When you create a label you get crap questions marks that don't show you what the label is going to look like. Is it that hard to add some dummy data so we users can get an idea of what the label is going to look like with data? Is this really how you want your product to look like? 

When in the drawing the Reference Text also needs to shown the non-reference text data so we can determine which label style is appropriate to use. Here is an example of what it looks like and what it should look like.

It would also be nice that if you changed the label style to another with an equivalent reference that it retains the reference object.

I have some labels with different offset styles for readability purposes and every time I change the style I must ESC, and then select all the objects again, then select the reference surface, align, etc. Also, think its a bit of a bug but you cannot change the style then change the reference object. You have to change the style, deselect, re-select, and then change the reference object.
