Pressure Pipes - Follow Surface with maximum deflection

After creating a pressure network, you can click on the "Follow Surface" and it will adjust your pipe in 20' segments to follow the surface.

However, it does not seem to take into account the maximum allowable deflection set in the parts list.

While it's possible to run the Design Check to flag those segments that are over the allowable deflection, I'd much rather have it not put those overages in there in the first place.

Also, please provide default cut lengths in the PVC pipe parts catalogue. Currently the values are zero so the pipes will not follow a surface, thus requiring modifying the parts lists for all users.

It would be an improvement if we can insert additional cut points in profile as needed.
