more options to copy regions

I think that there is an option to copy regions (in the same BaseLine) in the ribbon, but I would like this option in the contextual menu in the Regions:

We can insert a new region before or after another, I would like to copy (with the same assembly and targets) the selected region and insert before or after.

Moreover, "copy regions" function is only for the same Baseline. What happens then when we have another baseline with the same alignment and profile? ( sometimes I do this to have only the left side in one Baseline and the right side in another Baseline).

I would like that we can also select another Baseline and Civil 3D check if its Baseline has the same Alignment and Profile to copy the region.(in that case it should be possible copy the region to another Baseline).
