Grading Optimisation - Reduce the impact of 'Smooth Surface' at low objective weights

In the image below you can see the significant impact of changing from 0/100 to 1/100 on the 'Smooth Surface' slider in GO. It would be great to have a finer degree of control - achieving a degree of smoothing but not jumping from 50 to 83m3 in one increment. To put it into perspective changing from 1/100 to 2/100 only leads to 93m3. 

This could also just involve allowing decimals in the Objective Weights - but I suspect the 'curve' might also need adjusting.
