Phantom parcels keep popping up for several releases. It's a 'known issue' for years. Still this kind of parcels are a PITA and can possibly mess up your template... And in that case there is NO easy way to get rid of them.
It would be nice to put this on a higher priority to resolve this kind of annoying issues, which are well known...
