Further support for Pressure Pipe API

Following Civil 3D 2022.1, there are some improvements done for the Pressure Pipe support. Good job, Civil 3D team!

But the support is not complete, here are a few areas whereby I think Pressure Pipe API is still not yet on par with its cousin, gravity pipe support.

1. Swap pressure parts, be it pipes, fittings or appurtenance
2. Add new Pressure parts in the catalog.

As Tristone mentioned in the forum thread, this and other additions to the pressure API are in our product backlog.

This ticket was filed 2 years ago, and the mother ticket 5 years ago. Yet here we are, no more progress on Pressure Parts. 

When are we going to have an update on this?
