Feature Line - Vertical Fillet

Add a vertical Fillet edit tool that creates a Quick parabolic vertical curve across a grade break.

To be used to smooth out significant grade breaks in site grading design of swale/channel drops, driveway approaches, sidewalks, etc.

This should be let out of archive status now as more people are using featurelines for baselines in Corridors.

Is a must for sure. Not just parabolic, but also simple vertical curve fillet.
