The Pipe Data band shows data for all the pipes in the profile view. At structures the crossing pipes labels are added at the very same band as the pipes that run along the alignment, causing the data to be unreadable.
Maybe we need a separate Crossing Pipe Data band type. Or an option to exclude either the alignment-aligned-pipes or the crossing pipes for a certain band style.
Excluding the crossing pipes from the profile view is not a good solution if you want to label the crossing pipes in the view (but not in the band).
