Elevation expressions to define point groups

Provide the ability to utilise expressions to compare point elevations with surfaces whilst defining or sub-setting point groups.

This would allow us to (for example) identify points:

-  above or below a surface (e.g. >="EG Surface")

-  between two surfaces

etc.
