When you're in a surface profile and you've drawn in a new one, using the Create Profile from Polyline tool, it would be nice if there was an option to convert all the vertices on the line. It could be like the option to have radii at each vertex when you create an alignment from objects. then you could set all vertices on the polyline to be a specific curve number, radii, etc.
