Create Italy platform edges

Good morning,
I use C3D 2022 with contry kit italy. I would like to create the platform edges near my railroad track.

I saw that the JSON file with the technical parameters used in Italy is not present in the directory "C: \ ProgramData \ Autodesk \ C3D 2022 \ ita \ Data \ Railway Design Standards \ Platform Edge".

Does anyone have the two files with JSON and EXPR extensions for Italy?
Is it possible to create these files by myself (files rules and programming rules)?
