Civil 3D Project Explorer on German with Windows Region Settings Switzerland

The Civil Project Explorer is only on German if Civil 3D is running on a Windows with "German region settings". If you use "Suisse region settings" it is in English.
For a better use in Switzerland it would be great to change the setup of Project Explorer without changing the windows region settings.
