Civil 3D for Macbook Pro

Hi. Does anybody know when Civil 3D will release for Macbook? I want to buy a Macbook Pro with M2 Max chip, but I want to use Civil 3D? Is there any performance loss with Macbook? I will use Civil 3D to calculate dredging volume.

Otherwise, which 3rd party program should I use? (Parallels, Bootcamp, etc.)

It is my opinion that a proper Mac version is improbable.
Civil 3D runs on top of AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Mac is a subset of AutoCAD. Civil 3D also used part of AutoCAD Architecture and AutoCAD Map 3D, neither of which is available for Mac.

It would be best if you had feedback from someone with real-world experience using at least full windows based AutoCAD on a Mac.

There will almost certainly be some performance loss. The real question is whether or not the resulting performance is acceptable.   
I will use Civil 3D to calculate dredging volume. 

I don't have a feeling for how demanding this will be. Feedback from a colleague doing this sort of work in Windows C3D would be invaluable. I would expect to need the same amount of memory or more.

As of today we have no plans to support Civil 3D on iOS.
