Bring back the CREATEPOINTCLOUD command in Civil 3D

The CREATEPOINTCLOUD command that was available in Civil 3D 2017 and previous versions has been removed from 2018 and is no longer recognized.

It allows us to index data files from many different file types within Civil 3D.  The current point cloud functionality in 2018 only supports .RCS and .RCP files from Recap.

Thanks

Yes please. I understand that recap *might* be more efficient for handling very large data sets, but the option should remain available to create point clouds directly in Civil3d, at least to a particular size limit. This used to work really well in Civil3d 2016 (never used 2017) and I really can't understand why this functionality would be stripped out.

This command was extremely useful, would be great to have it back. Recap is always available for more in depth work.
