You can use "Reference Text" selecting the object type (assembly), and its property (name).

I have a command in my app to put automatically all reference text as a title in the top of the all assemblies which are drawn in the space model.

Sorrx I think there ist a little misunderstanding?

In Civil3D we have alignments "with a name" an ons of the automatic labeling-funktions ist to labeling the name near to the alignment.

This is part of normal funktions (part of normal alignment-labeling-styl).

In Civil3D we have manhols, structures "with a number" an ons of the automatic labeling-funktions ist to labeling the number near to the Manhole.

(part of normal manhol-labeling-styl)

Wha not the assemly?

In the Database we can see the name (various psitions). My whish ist a labeling-function as an civil 3D-funktion for assemlys und subassemblies.

My review is a trick using text of AutoCAD (with "Reference Text").

I understood that currently there is no label assembly object.

My Idea is to add a text component to assembly styles. Because the assembly is not intended for printing, the text component can use the default text style, but with the ability to input text codes for assembly name, description, and/or assembly type and counters, etc. It should be a rather simple to implement, but would be a vast improvement over some customized solutions that display the assembly name into a separate mtext object.
