Allow the option of designating network junction structures to belong to Multiple Networks.
The thinking is that you make a networks for the existing storm or sanitary works. Then you create additional networks for proposed / future / as-built or phased works. At the common structure between these networks you cannot label (plan or profile) the structure with all the inverts as one or more pipes are not "Connected" to that structure because they belong to a different network.
In addition to labeling, plan/profile part masking should also work when the pipe is attached to a structure outside its network.
Perhaps the structure should have a "home" network so style control is not divided.
